Lincoln Tech is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a solid foundation in architectural design and documentation, with the ability to deliver high-quality projects. This role requires proficiency in developing design concepts from schematic stages through to construction documents, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal team members and external consultants. Strong project management and change control skills required.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture or equivalent U.S. experience
- Minimum of 5 years related professional experience in a similar role in a US architecture office
- Experience with commercial and educational construction projects, materials and details
- Experience coordinating multiple building systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; skills in Revit, Illustrator, and 3D rendering applications are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Develop projects from schematics through construction documents
- Create and manage as-built documents and comprehensive reports
- Design and present design concepts using 3D modeling tools
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Generate construction documents including material and system selections
- Coordinate with consulting team members to ensure project coherence
- Serve as the point of contact for technical issues and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals
