Architectural Project Manager Job Overview Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager seeking a new challenge? Look no further! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal while adhering to regulatory and environmental standards. *Must be willing to work on-site in Scottsdale 5 days per week.
What You'll Do: - Oversee a diverse range of small to medium-sized architectural projects, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Formulate and execute strategic project plans to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate all facets of project execution, including design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress, budget, and schedule.
- Meticulously manage project budgets, schedules, and programs.
- Ensure all project communications and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management.
- Lead and assign tasks to project teams, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Estimate project fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
Who We're Looking For: - Holder of a Bachelor's degree in architecture, with a Master's degree preferred.
- A registered Architect in West Virginia or Arizona, eligible for licensure in other states and jurisdictions.
- Proficient in using REVIT and AutoCAD software to articulate design, and able to mentor others in computer-aided drafting as it relates to design elements.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management with a focus on production architecture, including commercial, retail, fuel center, quick service restaurant, restaurants, and planned area developments.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced firm, managing several projects at various stages of design and construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software, including scheduling and budgeting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
