Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and management of the design and construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on airport projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • LEED certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
