Architectural Project Manager - Health Care - Cleveland, OH - JOB 24-00870Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits. A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager initiates and manages health care projects from inception to completion.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in the state of Ohio
- TEN (10) years minimum industry experience with health care projects.
- Experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.
- Healthcare Design experience is a plus.
- Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.
- Experience/knowledge with Revit.
- Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project) experineced
