About the Role

Perform archive activities and maintain archive systems to ensure compliance with the GLP requirements. Acts as interim Archivist when primary Archivist not present.

What You'll Do Here

  • Maintain computerized files to support and maintain archive processes.
  • Receive, review, indexing, labeling and archival of study and facility materials.
  • Check materials in and out of the archives.
  • Assist with the completion of study materials authorized for disposition.
  • Identify and recommend new ideas and changes for the department.
  • Perform document QC and filing.
  • Maintain clean and orderly archive building.
  • Support Sponsor and regulatory visits by retrieving data from the archives.
  • Assist with document review when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Associate's degree and 1+ year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Demonstrated administrative and records management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to understand and perform basic math.
  • Continual GLP training, computer software applications, and archive processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with communicating with all levels of management and employees.
  • What We OfferThe pay range estimated for this position is $21.73 - $28.98 per hour. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
