PAY RATE: $90,392.73 - $95,055.50 PER YEAR
JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Area Assistant Director I – Homeless Services manages multiple complex programs providing participants with multiple services and/or addressing multiple co-morbidities according to contract and budget guidelines. Spends the majority of time (50% or more) achieving organizational objectives through the coordinated achievements of subordinate staff, overseeing resources and coordinating the efforts of the program team members including VOALA sub-contractors, community partners, and ongoing outreach as it pertains to the target population. Manages significant human, financial, and physical resources, and functions with a high degree of autonomy. The Area Assistant Director I – Homeless Services will assure that all goals and objectives are accomplished according to plan. The Area Assistant Director I will participate in community outreach efforts as well as Program Development and organization advocacy events.
