The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts within an assigned area. Responsibilities include customer support at various locations, process improvement, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and service delivery at customer accounts.
- Assist with process improvement, procedural testing, and compliance.
- Help implement new accounts and service expansions.
- Onboard new team members and assist with cross-training.
- Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides; ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily inspections and ensure safety compliance.
- Gather and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Fill in for absences or vacations of onsite staff, including site management.
- Maintain a customer-focused environment and address customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and end users.
- Collect data for Monthly Operations Review.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 12 months of related experience. Post-high school education preferred.
- Ability to travel between locations (40-50 miles) and a valid driver s license.
- Intermediate skill level in common software applications.
- Timely submission of monthly expenses.
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain positive relationships.
- Basic math skills and sound judgment for decision-making.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move items weighing up to 400 lbs.
- Flexibility in working hours and local car travel required.
