Job Summary: Develop a strong working relationship with attending physicians, hospital case managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education, and follow-up. This should result in meeting or exceeding minimum admission expectations for your centers by increasing referrals, admissions, and our referral base. To assist facilities with onsite assessments, admission decisions, and patient follow-up in target hospitals. To look for niche marketing opportunities that are not being met in the community. Requirements Qualifications:

  • Sales and community relations experience required
  • Previous healthcare sales experience required
  • Healthcare Marketing experience required
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Organizational skills required
  • Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferred
  • Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented
  • Formal sales training preferred
  • Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living Properties
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally
