Sodexo has an opportunity for an Area Executive Chef in our Universities segment, supporting accounts in Kansas and Nebraska. As an Area Executive Chef, you will provide culinary leadership on the campuses you serve, to include resident dining, retail, catering, and concessions. This position entails some weekends, late nights and holidays, based on account needs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in high volume, casual and fine dining, as well as strong writing, costing, menu development and pricing skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate current practices and improve program operations.
