*Career positions offer additional benefits.POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to dig earth and remove snow, as well as providing assistance performing routine building maintenance and repair services, inside and outside.
This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake.Starting wage between $23.83/hr. - $28.60/hr. depending on experience.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- At least twenty-one (21) years old
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Verifiable experience operating heavy equipment
- Able to pass the Company training to operate equipment
- Have a calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations.
- Ability to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to record data accurately and in a timely fashion
- Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
