Area Maintenance Manager
Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for Area Maintenance Managers!

The Area Maintenance Manager will supervise a team of facilities associates and ensure a safe working environment for all.
Key job responsibilities
Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish site goals
Ensure that safety is always the #1 priority
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and positive working relationships with operations
Suitable candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance personal performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including achievements and opportunities for improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
