Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor manages ongoing residence hall maintenance and repairs in a zone housing between 1,200 and 3,500 residents in multiple buildings. The position is expected to provide regular consultation and support to various residence life staff, facilities staff, and administrative/management staff. They will select, train, and supervise a team of five to eight individuals and manage their workload. - Select, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of staff consisting of approximately five to eight individuals that may include: Senior Trades Workers, Systems Technicians, Skilled Trades Workers, and Utility Workers.
