What You'll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Embody our core values and serve as a brand ambassador in the field.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure store managers uphold operational standards through regular audits and hands-on coaching.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Foster a positive environment, driving results and holding teams accountable for their performance.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high service standards across all locations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Keep Store Managers informed about new initiatives, performance metrics, and company updates.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experienced Leader: 3+ years as a General Manager with multi-unit management experience preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and capable of learning internal software applications.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible: Willingness to travel 75% of the time and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: 3-5 years in multi-unit retail management, with a focus on operational excellence and financial results.
  • Hands-On Coach: Ability to lead and support Store Managers with regular field visits and performance reviews.
  • Results-Driven: Experience managing a profit and loss center with a focus on achieving growth targets.
