This is a pure management role within the operations team of one of the largest privately held facility service companies. The ideal candidates will be able to interact with clients conducting site visits to ensure all operations run smoothly. You will maintain your own local markets and relationships with each facility and meet with employees within the assigned area to ensure the quality and expectations of services offered are being met. Our client is seeking your military leadership experience and will provide exceptional growth opportunities in upward management. What you will do as area manager:- Screen and hire potential candidates for employment- Oversee onboarding and training process- Directly supervise janitorial staff 2-3 times per month to ensure commercial cleaning standards- Build, grow and maintain client relations to ensure absolute professional - Work closely with Budget / Payroll- Maintain work schedules- Ensure all safety protocols are being met- Performance management
