Army Software Electrical EngineerJoin our team!Be a part of our passionate and determined team on a mission to use our skills and experiences to make a difference in the defense and aerospace industry.Position Description:Banner Defense is in search of an Army Software Electrical Engineer to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). The Robotic Controller Integrator will ensure the HMIF common controller aligns with stakeholder requirements and has a smooth transition plan to onramp to a Program of Record office post prototype development.Responsibilities:Successful Integration of HMIF Common Controller.Leading Controller Integration.Work/interface with and support DOTmLPF stakeholders across the HMI enterprise.HMIF Common Controller interface requirements development, design, transition plan stakeholder coordination.Advising, coordinating, scheduling, and remaining abreast of engineering and technical support activities applicable to the Common Controller sub-system development and capability integration.Provides integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for resolution of technical problems.Participates in the development and execution of test strategies.Ascertains HMIF Common Controller Technology Readiness Level.Participates in Common Controller budgetary discussions.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or Program Management related field of study10+ years of hands-on experience applying integration principles across both hardware and software systems.
