The coordinator will create a supportive and inspiring environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and collaboration among participants. This role involves planning art projects, managing club activities, and fostering a love for the arts. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning: Develop a curriculum that includes a variety of artistic mediums (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) and themes to keep students engaged and inspired.
- Instruction: Teach art techniques and concepts while encouraging individual creativity and artistic growth among club members.
- Supervision: Oversee student safety and well-being during club sessions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
- Materials Management: Organize and manage art supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are available for all activities.
- Collaboration: Work with school staff, parents, and community partners to promote the art club and participate in school events.
- Assessment: Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their artistic development. Celebrate achievements through showcases or exhibitions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain attendance records and prepare reports on student participation and activities.
Qualifications:
