Role Overview
The Senior Art Consultant will leverage their expertise in art and design to develop and manage art programs across various sectors, including corporate, healthcare, multi-family, and senior living. This is a remote work position, allowing the consultant to work from home while collaborating closely with the team and clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing the systems and processes to support the art consulting work, ensuring each project aligns with the client's vision and enhances their space. With the support of the management team, the Senior Art Consultant will take on a leadership role, overseeing the art consulting department and guiding its growth and development.
This is a remote position with some travel for training and occasional client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, aesthetic preferences, and project requirements.
Art Selection: Curate and recommend art pieces that reinforce design concepts and meet client objectives.
Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations of artwork recommendations to clients, ensuring a clear vision and cohesive plan.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of art projects, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with vendors and installation teams.
Detailed Specifications: Develop detailed artwork specifications, including sizing, framing, and material selection.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including client communications, project timelines, and budget tracking.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on art trends and integrate new ideas and concepts into projects.
Systems Development: Establish and refine systems and processes to support art consulting activities, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Best Practices: Collaborate with management to identify and implement best practices in art consulting and project management.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as needed to support the goals and objectives of the company.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in art consulting, interior design, or a related field.
Skills:
