SUMMARY:

In this role, you will apply your experience and expertise in shaping a luxury brand, providing creative strategy, and executing ideas that solve campaign and branding initiatives. You will be expected to concept, design, and execute solutions across both digital and print. Because of your leadership and expertise, you will provide solid design direction, inspire others, and always have a luxury mind-set. You will have direct reports to manage. You will be the face of the brand to internal stakeholders understanding the needs of the business within the luxury category we are known for. You will partner with the CMO and our AVP of Marketing to drive success in shaping the vision and growth the brand. You will report into a Creative Director and interact within a cross-functional org including our PR and Advertising teams, all delivering high quality work for our real estate agents and other fellow team members in a collaborative environment.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in creative, development, marketing, brand management or related function and must have experiences building brands in the luxury category
  • Develop, lead, and inspire our internal creative team to execute creative projects at a high level of excellence and productivity
  • Develop branded marketing and advertising collateral for a range of regional and agent initiatives
  • Design across multiple media channels (print, digital, social and video) must be multi-faceted and think 360, providing oversight and co-create projects from concept generation to creative execution

Create strategic regional advertising campaigns to support business goals

  • Ensure successful content deliverables on time and on-budget and partner with AVP Of Marketing to grow brokerage and agent business in key regions across the country
  • Manage, update, and maintain our brand style guide as it evolves with the business and ensuring consistency across key brand touchpoints
  • Is expected to be hands-on in the execution work for design-related duties and project setup for team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present creative
  • Be competent, with an attention-to-detail managing creative projects and workflows when needed
  • Acute business sense, with an understanding of how to leverage creativity to drive business results
  • Bring a highly developed design sense and desire to produce elevated, brand-building, and innovative work
  • Know luxury and the ability to apply that aesthetic to layout, type, color, and identity

Guide and participate in the art direction of photoshoots and the selection of imagery as well as manage retouching

Direct and help guide short and long-form video content to support on-going campaign needs across multiple regions

  • Active learner - staying ahead of the industry, design, social media trends and technology
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects from concept to completion under varying time constraints
  • Copywriting, a good eye for creating storyboards and leading editors required
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and related creative software
  • Understand UX/UI design principles and able to design for websites and digital interfaces
  • Understand social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube/Vimeo, and TikTok
  • Animation and other video skills, especially after-effects knowledge a plus

Spearheading ideation, design and presentation of creative to top management and executives

Extensive experience on set and with all pre and post-production for video and photography

Overseeing deadlines internally and with vendors, maintaining internal creative calendar and project flow

Skilled at managing creative teams while fostering their development and focusing on long-term growth

Valuable contacts with photographers, editors, animators and freelancers

Considerable experience in creative and design within the luxury and lifestyle markets
