Job Title: Freelance Junior Art Director

Location: NYC (Hybrid)

Rate: $50-60 p/h

Principal Objective:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Freelance Junior Art Director to join our clients 360 creative teams. This role will focus on defining and articulating the brand's visual design language across motion, 2D, digital, social, packaging, and visual merchandising. The Junior Art Director will ensure all design executions are consistent with the brand's visual language and elevate the brand's presence across platforms. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to conceptualise and create engaging, story-driven content, transforming ideas into impactful visuals. You should be enthusiastic about experimenting and refining concepts to ensure each project shines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of 360 creative campaigns, including motion, digital, social, packaging, and visual merchandising.
• Help articulate and apply the brand's visual design language, ensuring consistency and enhancing the brand's identity.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to bring concepts to life across various platforms.
• Assist in graphic design, motion art direction, and editing, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple mediums.
• Experience in motion design and proficiency in AfterEffects.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Demonstrated capability in creating and executing 360 campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively implement feedback.
