Responsibilities
- Work with Sr. Designers to create social media images, online advertising, event and sales collateral, and packaging designs
- Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first)
- Creating a range of concepts and designs while partnering with copywriters to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling
- Communicate designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations
- Expertly leading teams of designers and production artists to execute cross-channel and digital work
- Provide quality control over concepts and projects
Qualifications
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of CSS3, HTML and responsive design
- Possess a strong sense of type, color and design principles
- Passionate about social media and/or online branding
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and working on a team.
