This role involves visiting homeowners' residences to perform high-quality cleaning and maintenance of artificial grass installations. As a customer-facing representative, you will ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and a professional demeanor.Responsibilities:
- Drive to various client locations in the Phoenix Valley area.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance services on artificial grass.
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to the company dress code (company shirt provided).
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in carpet cleaning, pest control, pool cleaning, or a similar field is preferred.
- Ability to wear and maintain a professional appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- On-the-job training is provided.
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- New technicians will be paired with a trainer, can move up, and be assigned a truck with a pay increase.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm (hours may vary).
