We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, testing, and fine-tuning AI and machine learning models under the guidance of senior team members
  • Implement algorithms and models in Python or other programming languages, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data to be used in machine learning models, ensuring quality and relevance
  • Support deployment processes for AI models in production environments and assist in maintaining and monitoring their performance.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to identify potential improvements and new solutions.
  • Document models, processes, and research findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement
  • Gain a thorough understanding of current products and assist business users and clients in promptly resolving their queries.
  • Work on POCs for potential Clients

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working on Python
  • Familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., linear regression, classification, clustering), and neural networks
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and basic data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to drive positive change in the healthcare industry

Preferred skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices, particularly in the context of AI model deployment.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems
