Responsibilities Set up and operation of trimming machine units including verifying blade quality, trim speed and pressure, and trim depth Inspection of finished units to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards Complete production reporting and recordkeeping including quality inspections and work orders Assembly of packing materials, labels, and finished work pieces Ensures correct identification and palletization of product Informs Production Supervisor, Team Leader, and/or Maintenance of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime Maintains safe and clean work environment Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years' manufacturing experience required; previous set-up and operation experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent General mechanical and trouble shooting ability Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop and/or kneel continuously Ability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with Company guidelines Good verbal, writing, and math skills Ability to work collaboratively with others PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES Must be able to stand for continuously for 12 hours Lift 45+ lbs. repeatedly throughout during shift Twist / Turn repeatedly throughout during shift Bending/ Stooping repeatedly throughout during shift Pushing Pulling repeatedly during shift COM $18 hour (plus $2.00 hour differential for night shifts) Please Note: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
