If you join our team, you'll enjoy:Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S.Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours.ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:Lead both independent as well as collaborative discussions with clients regarding data enablement requirementsAcquire and develop advanced technical and programmatic skill setsUnderstand OEM and industry landscape relative to solutions and market trendsSupport development of go-to-market strategies across all solutionsEducate and develop sales teams on data enablement solution selling and key technologiesDevelop and maintain internal intellectual property: a combination of white papers, subject matter guides, assessment processes and measurement documents, and project briefsPerform assessment and/or solution deployment activities including requirement definition, feasibility, and deliveryUnderstand and support SHI data enablement services offerings and portfolioQualificationsPreferredBachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working with design and delivery/implementation of data enablement, integration, and automationMinimum of 2 years of experience presenting to customers, internal teams, or local professional groupsPerformance of one or more gap assessments for formalized industry frameworks and compliance requirements preferred but not requiredExperience with tools like Power Automate, UI Path, Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Amazon Q, and Microsoft FabricRequired SkillsAbility to demonstrate technical capabilities of security technologyAbility to design an appropriate data center/hybrid solution based on requirement documentsAbility to recommend data enablement solutions based on industry trends and knowledge of client environmentsProficiency with the following Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, and VisioMust possess knowledge across the full scope of technical data enablement solutions, including automation, low-code/no-code, data solutions, and artificial intelligenceAbility to conduct self-study and independent work in lab facilities to increase job-related skillsetPreferred SkillsTechnical writing (redacted samples may be requested)Presentation skills.Ability to architect solutions to demonstration product and outcomeHighly organized with strong oral and written communication, presentation and consultative experience across a diverse set of data center technology solutionsSolution scopingRFP response experienceCertifications RequiredOne or more of the following industry certifications:Microsoft Power Platform Solution ArchitectPower Automate RPA Developer AssociateUnique RequirementsValid driver's licenseMust be able to pass client-required background checks as neededTravel up to 20% to client sitesAdditional InformationThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
