Job SummaryThe ASG Services Sales Executive will lead SHI opportunities from an education, enablement and engagement perspective; all the way from identification and contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievementof required business outcomes. The ASG Services Sales Executive will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, validating each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to provide an excellent value and experience while providing desired business outcomes.This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.About UsSince 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. If you join our team, you'll enjoy:Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S.Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive - in our offices or yours.ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:Identify opportunities with customers and internal teams to optimize engagement profitabilityFoster collaboration amongst assigned project team membersPropose service solution recommendations and serve as an escalation point for customer mattersProvide excellent value and experience while helping our customers deploy and manage their SolutionServe as the key point of contact for each owned opportunityEstablish a rapport and confidence with internal teams, company's customers and partnersCoordinate and lead weekly status meetings with each assigned clientFoster and maintain overall accountability for successful engagement deliveryServe as the expert in the company's value, methodology and processesActively monitor active, prospective and planned projects and ensure priorities are adjusted, as neededSet clear communications to the customer as needed throughout project lifecycleReview key documentation provided by customer, translate technical and business requirement and propose solution to solve customer challengeProvide frequent project status reports and monthly forecast to SHI LeadershipAlign with Sales to identify, qualify and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated and prioritized during the proposal phaseResearch and expand current opportunities and identify new opportunitiesQualificationsCompleted Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experienceMinimum 5+ years' experience in successful consultative selling and account development of commercial accounts with a services focusPrevious experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team is requiredRequired SkillsDemonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - profiling, advancing, negotiating, and closing opportunitiesDemonstrated operational excellence including SOW processExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to handle diverse situations and rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely with customers at all organization levelsExcellent conflict resolution and/or mediation skillsDemonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple projectsAbility to meet stated customer initiated deadlinesAbility to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracyExcellent presentation skillsExcellent consultative sales skillsExcellent customer service skillsUnique RequirementsTravel to conferences, meetings and partner/customer sites as needed, up to 50%Additional InformationEqual Employment Opportunity - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran StatusThe estimated pay range for this position is $150,000 -$180,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual.
