Position Summary

This position includes various manual tasks associated with the plant operations

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures
  • Needs the skill of active listening. This means giving full attention to what other employees are saying and taking time to understand the points being made, asking question and making sure all parties understand one and another.
  • Must have the skill of interaction with others
  • Keep work areas clean and neat
  • Able to follow verbal instructions
  • Frequent shovel use
  • Can perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager/ Plant Superintendent/Foreman
  • Help around the plant as needed this is a team, we need everybody's help

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-5 years of Heavy/Civil Construction experience.
  • Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
  • Maintain good health status and flexibility to bend, push, pull, stoop and/or twist.
  • Must be able to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions.
