RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill an Asphalt Plant Maintenance position. This individual will be given a service truck and be required to service multiple East TN Asphalt Plants; Rhea County, Roane County, Monroe County, Crab Orchard, Candora. The plant maintenance person is responsible for performing fixed plant repairs, recommending plant improvements, and assisting with various production duties as needed.Wages range from $24-$27/hr depending on legitimate experience.The successful candidate for this position will have a background of experience in welding, fabrication, and fixed plant repair work and a strong commitment to safety excellence.
