Ideker has four asphalt plants located around the KC Metro. This is a union position with excellent pay and benefits. The plant operator, in addition to operating the plant, will: Communicate with customers and paving crews; maintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid AC levels; make sure the plant is being maintained; oversee 2-3 employees at any given time.
