- Obtain parts from point of use or warehouse.
- Assemble seats/frames/cushions using proper equipment according to specs.
- Material labeling/stenciling - Appropriately mark and label all pieces as required.
- Record production notes - complete any necessary production paperwork.
- Material Loading/Packaging - Package finished products in boxes, racks, or stack finished products on a flat/pallet as necessary.
- Daily cleanliness task of area and tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area,
- Maintain clean and neat work area.
- Practice proper safety techniques.
- Carry out prescribed preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Must be able to meet required production times by end of 90 days.
- Assistance with physical inventory inspection and measurement as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Position requires standing long period of time (8-10hrs) per shift, 4-5 days per week.
- Position requires regular stretching and reaching.
- Position requires ability to lift/pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
