The Production Department at the Eden Prairie facility is looking for an Assembler 2nd Shift. The Assembler role is part of a production team on the Golden Gopher line building sandwiches to meet our commitments to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain good GMP and work safely
- To be on time and maintain good attendance
- To keep up with the team and line speed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work in 32F temperatures for 8+ hours
- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to work in close proximity to co-workers
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to effectively and professionally convey information to others, be an active listener and develop healthy working relationships with others
Consideration will be given to employees that are in good standing within their current position, this includes the following:
- attendance is less than 3 points
- been in current position for at least 6 months
- no Discipline Notices within the last 6 months
