Job Type Full-time Description The Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts and components according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications (process and procedure) into a finished assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Scheduled Workdays: Monday - Thursday, Friday - OT Scheduled Hours: 4pm-3:30am Shift Pay Differential: Yes - 7.5% Requirements Duties + Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine assembly procedures.
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve assembly issues.
- Affix labels to packaging materials as needed.
- Fill out production documentation accurately and completely.
- Record daily labor activities timely.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

- Basic math proficiency.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
