We boldly go.Position Description* Aware of the safety, quality, and production of the team.* Ability to learn skill sets including caulking, installation of unit parts/components, labeling, cleaning for audits, etc…* Ability to use power tools such as grinders, screw guns, caulking guns, etc…* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.* Ability to bend down and reach up.* Ability to read a tape measure.* Ability to work at heights, either via ladder or fall protection.* Assist the team in decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement process.* Perform duties as needed associated with the performance of the work cell.* Must be able to learn and perform all jobs within a team.* Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety* Assist in identifying and resolving problems.* Perform any additional duties as required.* Complete ongoing training as required.Qualifications:* Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.* Willing to work overtime as needed.* Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.* Ability to perform work in a varied environment (Examples: on ladders, in high places, in confined areas).* Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.* Good teamwork skills.* High school diploma or GED.* Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.* Basic math skills.* Commitment to performing quality work.* Ability to learn to operate all equipment associated with the job; including, but not limited to, power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
