Our client, in the Olivette, MO area is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As as an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the building of product for the aerospace, appliances and home goods. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, excellent attendance and hands on experience, assembling conveyor systems.Job Title: AssemblerLocation: Olivette, MOPay Range: $25.64 per hourShift: 2nd 2:30p-11pMust have an updated resume with relevant experience. What's the Job?• Assembling conveyor systems, belt-driven, hydraulic and pneumatic components.• Setup and changeover equipment to operate various assemblies.• Idetify and utilize appropriate materials, plumb or pipe pnuematics and hydraulic lines.• Test each assembly to ensure proper fit and function.• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.• Transfer assembly to appropriate department for next step in production.What's Needed?• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.• Must be able to use tape measures, calipers, squares, micrometers, and protractors.• Previous experience safely operating forklifts, scissor lifts and all other lift assist and tools. • Mechanical aptitude, mathematical and problem-solving ability.• Ability to lift 40lbs• Steel toe shoesWhat's in it for me?• Excellent pay rate!• Opportunity for permanent hire• Free GED program & college tuition• Health benefits available after 90 days
