**Location:** Aiken, SC, US, 29801 Operate assembly and testing equipment in a method to produce quality parts in accordance with manufacturing procedures, drawings and bill of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Operate assembly/testing machine processes in a method to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications using the Hubbell Power Systems Quality Operating Principles and the most current Quality System.
* Follow all company Policies and Procedures
* Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
* Assure that all products meet the highest standards of quality
* Follow all Safety rules and ISO requirements
* Keep a safe, clean, and well-maintained workspace
* Desire to cross train/learn multiple job positions
**Skills and Experience**
* Ability to assemble products within a 20 second cycle time
* Must have excellent hand to eye coordination
* Must be able to lift 35 lbs. frequently
* Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to work 10-hour shifts
* Must be able to work well with others and function very well in a fast-paced team environment
* Be punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic
* Read, use, and understand measuring devices
* Must have basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
* Must have good communication skills
* Must be goal oriented
* Ability to follow direction from the leadership team
* 1-5 years prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
