As an Assembler, you will join the team responsible for crafting dozens of creative and award-winning faucet designs. In this hands-on job you'll learn to use power tools, calibration machines and complex quality testers to assemble our products in this role. People that like to work fast and wear many hats thrive as an Assembler. Being reliable with our attendance expectations is required, as is flexibility to work overtime as needed.
We're currently interviewing for future openings on our team, across all start times (7 AM, 4 PM, 6 PM, etc.).

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
* Utilizing hand tools and equipment to build sub-assembly pieces or finished products from start to finish
* Rotating throughout multiple areas of the assembly department to produce many different product lines
* Reading product blueprints and supplying production lines with necessary parts by pulling the required pieces from shipping racks
* Participating in team meetings and staying dedicated to continuously improving our work processes
* Focusing on quality control by detecting and reporting defective materials or equipment issues
* Meeting customer delivery targets by maintaining a high production rate and assembly station time
* Cleaning the work area and production equipment
* Fostering a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates
* Strong communication skills and an interest in working in a fast paced environment
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required - we're prepared to teach you the fundamentals of the role, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career. You'll begin your career with Delta Faucet Company with comprehensive safety and job related training.
Physical requirements of the position:
* Frequently push, or pull up to 20 lbs. Occasionally lift, push or pull weights of up to 40 lbs.
* Use hands to manipulate and operate hand tools and power tools.
* Able to bend, reach, twist and carry above shoulder / below waist level.
* Able to interpret and analyze reports such as a Bill of Materials.
* Able to stand and walk throughout shift, with breaks.
* Able to visually inspect finish, fit, function; also visually inspect to determine what is wrong/missing
