Position: Assembler (this is a temp to hire position) Pay rate: $20 / HR Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Location: Keene, NH Other Benefits: $2800 completion bonus upon completion of assignment 1.5 time for time worked after 40 hours overtime incentives/bonus $ Responsibilities: Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assemble components at the required production rate Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. Deadlines include daily production schedules and line quotas. Work direction is given by Coordinator or designee. Direction is given through written standard operating procedures or verbal instructions from team leader or designee. Direct supervision is minimal. Work is routine and must be performed according to established engineering specifications and in accordance with FDA and ISO 9000 quality requirements.
