L3 Harris is looking for an Assembler B to join our team. This person will contribute to the companys success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. Essential Functions:Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature. Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts. Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches. Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels. Uses Microsoft Office programs. Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements. Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment. Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
