Job ID#207675Job Description:This position will provide critical production support to Final Assembly and field operations including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality.o Creates culture that enhances productivity, safety and a teaming environment.o Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement.o Ensure LOTO book, kit and LOTO equipment are used correctly and inventoried.o Coordinates with Lead/Manager on execution and critical path of production build GroupAdditional responsibilities Included but not limited toSupervising Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)Review current LOTOsCoordinating hazardous energy workHand off or end-of-shift activitiesAbnormal circumstance responsesVerifies Aircraft power can be safely provided to the airplane.Inventory LOTO Kits Pre and Post shiftSign into all LOTOs.Remove any LOTOs from the book as requiredMeets with the work team to evaluate where hazardous energy is to be introducedCoordinating with Functional Test SMEs and ME'sIf work continues - coordinate hand-off with the next GC.If work shuts down - coordinate preparation for power shut down.Review status of personnel and airplane system configuration.Transfer LOTOs to the incoming GC's and the Field as requiredSign out of all open Control Log Sheets (X35681)Verifies all mechanics are signed out of active LOTOs.Technical/Software Skills needed:ABILITY to work with various wiring design drawings including system interconnects, wire routing and equipment installation drawingsABILITY to utilize and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specificationsRequirements/Years of experience/Etc.Minimum of 3 years' experience with Field Operations/Aircraft Systems/LOTO.Minimum of 3 years' experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing.Minimum of 3 years' experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety requirements or resolve technical or operational problems.Minimum of 3 years' experience with Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work.Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
