What You'll Be Doing: - Performing various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens product
- Manipulating and installing small parts and pieces to create sub-assemblies then turning component parts into finished product
- Cleaning and visually inspecting product to check for quality
- Using a wide range of simple hand and power tools
- Working from diagrams and work instructions
Skills and Experience You'll Need: - High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Ability to manipulate small parts
- Ability to visually inspect for quality
- Detail orientation
- Passion for quality
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Desire to learn new things and share great ideas.
Physical Demands: Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods; Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to use full range of motion. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with assistance.
