**Description**
* Reviews construction orders and prioritizes work.
* Communicates with drafters as needed to clarify jobs and programming.
* Performs touch-ups and repairs.
* Sets up and operates a variety of machines i.e., chop saws, edge banders, routers, dowelers, pocket screws, etc.
* Assembles cabinets with special parts or hardware, modifying construction methods if needed.
* Maintains knowledge of other departments within the company i.e., drawers, parts, doors as needed to complete jobs.
* Gathers and organizes parts i.e., doors, drawer parts and hardware as needed to complete weekly work load.
* Maintains knowledge of set up to ensure product is properly built.
* Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
* Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
* Fills in other areas as needed.
