- Fit, align, fasten, and package sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, molded parts into sub-assemblies and complete units. Visually inspect for fit and function.Non-conformities may require disassembly and rework.
- Test units for electrical continuity and functionality.
- Package units into corrugated containers with shipping filler and identify with all applicable labels.
- Work from assembly drawings, process sheets and/or standard work to perform assembly operations in a consistent, safe, and efficient manner.
- Use required hand and air powered tools, measuring instruments and gauges.
- Participate in daily workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Requires ability to work from assembly drawings, process sheets and standard work and may include ability to learn how to operate and make routine adjustments to various machines.
- Requires the ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime.
Physical Requirements:Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
