**Position Overview**
**NAVISTAR** is seeking entry level and experienced **Assemblers** to join our growing team. In this position, you will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products using an array of tools and equipment. Emphasis on quality, a dedication to performing work accurately, and a keen attention to detail are a must.
**Starting** hourly rate is **$17.20** with first raise at 6 months putting hourly rate at **$18.30** . After **2 years** of employment, the hourly rate will be **$22.25!**
**Schedule: Monday Thursday 6:30 AM 5:00 PM**

**Basic Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* At least two years of prior manufacturing experience
**Additional Requirements**
* Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
* Ability to continually stand 10 hours a day
* Ability to frequently bend, squat, twist, reach above the shoulder, reach forward and walk
* Must be willing to work any shift
* Must achieve an acceptable score on a situational/skills based interview
* Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
