A Day in the Life

In the Assembler II role in Billerica, you will assemble high-quality and complex cardiac catheter ablation devices for treating a heart arrhythmia condition called aFib (atrial fibrilation).

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 10:00pm-6:30am.

Compensation:

This position has a set hourly starting rate at $22/hour, with a $3.00/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

* Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

* Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.

* Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).

* Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.

* May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

* May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Required Knowledge and Experience

* Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Nice to Have:

* Prior experience assembling and/or soldering under a microscope.

* Prior cleanroom experience.

* Well-versed in GMP and GDP.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$37,200.00 - $55,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
