Job Title: Assembler III
Job Duration: Long-term Contract on W2
Location: San Diego, CA Responsibilities: - Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Education/Skills/Experience: - Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
- Electro-mechanical assembly of computer based instrumentation machinery with emphasis on wiring, assembling and testing complete systems.
- Ability to perform re-work, test and calibration of complete systems
- Must be able Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical orders
- Hands on soldering and crimping of small intricate connector and wire assemblies is required
