Job Details for Assemblers:Position: AssemblerAssembler schedule Options:2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM3rd shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AMPay Rate for Assemblers: $17.50Key Responsibilities for Assemblers:Assembly & Masking: Accurately apply plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs to metal parts according to customer specifications, drawings, and work orders. Carefully de-mask products after processing.Quality & Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure quality at every stage (masking, racking, de-masking), and transport parts between stations. Use materials efficiently and suggest improvements to reduce costs.Collaboration & Safety: Follow verbal and written instructions, operate within quality system requirements, and communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure a safe workplace.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.Why PeopleShare?
