: Job Details :

1st Shift assembler for warehouseUnderstands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standardoperating procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Production Orders (POP)? Assembles product, packages products in pouches, cartons and shipper boxes.? Performs assembly and packaging operations with a quality focus and meetsproduction requirements? Performs general clean up tasks including workstation and equipment cleaning,sweeping/mopping of work areas, removal of trash and basic housekeeping? Works in a professional manner and contributes to team effort by accomplishingrelated results as needed? Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures andregulations? Able to work different shifts, split shifts, weekends, and overtime when necessary? Performs other related duties as assigned by managementResponsibilities:Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames.Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.Following work instructions, perform repetitive assembly operations.Produce quality work to specified time standards.Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists.Possess an aptitude for cross functional training to reduce takt time.Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screw drivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures and fixtures.Coordinating with teammates participate in manually integrating large subassemblies to complete a final assembly.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:Some manufacturing experienced desiredProficient in reading and measuring using a tape measure.Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant.Able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as work requires.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:AssemblyReady to be part of something meaningful?
