Job Summary:Perform duties to assemble and test a variety ofelectronic and cable assemblies.Scope of Responsibility:Under general direction, incumbent would be workingalone to assemble a variety of complete units following prescribedpractices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with common production equipment as necessary tomaintain workflow and consistent output. This may include wire cutting,stripping, tinning, crimping, soldering, testing fixtures, potting, printing,scales, label printers, stamping, and packaging equipment.

Perform ongoing self-executed audits of all products andprocesses with attention to detail and quality.

Work using Manufacturing routers, workorders, drawings, bills of material, and special instructions in written,verbal, and computerized form.

Work with common measuring devices suchas multimeters, micrometers, rulers, cable scanners, computer test equipment,and others as each product may require.

Perform various miscellaneous duties asrequired including routine machine maintenance, daily upkeep, cleaning ofworkstations, and surrounding areas.

Perform other related duties asassigned.

Follow safety rules and keep work areas in a clean andorderly condition.Assembler/Packaging Duties

Pack,and transfer finished goods meet customer expectations and ensure properpackaging methodology

Receivefinish goods using TURCK Connect.

Printinglabels, segregating, and identifying appropriate parts in bins. Assuring partstransferred to our Warehouse are kitted for customer orders.

Communicationto appropriate production groups if discrepancies are apparent

Maintain5S+1 program requirements keeping work areas clean and safe

Other related duties asassigned.

MinimumQualifications:The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent inskills, specifically regarding basic reading and math skills, along withsoldering experience plus six month to nine months experience to be familiarwith parts and part numbers, along with company procedures. PhysicalDemands & Working Conditions:The job consists of both standing and sitting at a workstation and wearing safety glasses, covered shoes, and steel toe shoes indesignated areas. The job does includesome light lifting and carrying usually no more than 15-20 pounds. Requires ability to distinguish colors.
