Assemblers will follow verbal and written instructions to perform intricate building tasks by hand or with tools. People with an eye for detail and a positive attitude should apply and become a member of the SENSIT team today!Responsibilities & Duties:Build gas leak detectors using hands or tools in a timely mannerFollow production assembly manualsWork with other team members to assemble productsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentReport to work regularly and on timeMaintain ISO and other quality standards to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirementsPerform other related duties and tasks as requiredEducation & Experience:Graduated from an accredited high school or obtained a G.E.D. CertificateExperience in a manufacturing or related environment preferredSkills and Knowledge:Critical thinkingEffective communicationAbility to learn and retain assembly processes in a timely mannerAbility to work independently and/or operate as a member of a team effectivelyWork Environment & Physical Requirements:No smoking within eight (8) feet of buildingNormal manufacturing conditionsMust be able to stand for extended periods (up to 6-7 hours) of timeMust be able to sit for extended periods (up to 6-7 hours) of timeAbility to lift and carry up to fifty (50) lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions for extended periods of timeWork Schedule:Hourly position40-hour work week8-hour shift, longer hours when requiredMonday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pmMust be authorized to work in the U.S.To find out more about Sensit Technologies LLC, visit us at the right fit?
