Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting for Manufacturing Associates in the Broome County area for a growing manufacturing company! We are seeking candidates with solid manufacturing and/or machine operating backgrounds. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift, that offer room for growth, benefits, competitive pay, and unlimited overtime.

Shift Openings:

6:00 AM- 2:30 PM

6:30 AM- 3:00 PM

7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

2nd:

12:00 PM- 8:00 PM

3:00 PM- 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Set up assigned stations on the line including the assembly of basic equipment and preparing raw materials.
• Operate and monitor the output of machinery.
• Pull pieces to inspect for quality and document reports for management.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to customer specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and written instructions for work orders to ensure the product meets tolerances and product specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment to assemble and secure units.

Qualifications:

• Must possess good hand-eye coordination and identify a variety of colors and shapes
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Manufacturing related position preferred
• Experience with soldering, inspection, and quality control are a plus.
