Job Title: Production AssemblerLocation: Westminster, COPay & Shifts:Pay: $19-22/hr1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (10% shift differential offered)Working OT right now, coming in early and staying late but goal is to decrease OT.Job Description: Are you detail-oriented and skilled in small parts assembly? Whether you have soldering experience or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Follow written instructions and blueprints to assemble electronic components.Perform visual inspection.Maintain and meet production requirements.Ensure accuracy and product quality by following procedures, policies, and drawings.Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues during the production process.Qualifications:Must have 1+ years of experience in small parts assembly.Soldering experience is a plus.Strong manual dexterity is essential.Ability to follow written instructions accurately.Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral).Must be computer literate (i.e., Windows, Excel, and Word).Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) and Life InsuranceWeekly PayAdditional Information:Willing to train but would like to have someone with a good attitude and willingness to learn.Must be willing to jump around job duties.
